About our process

Unlike most approaches, which concentrate exclusively on changing the patterns of behaviour, our process gives the participant a deep emotional and a meaningful reason for making changes in their life. It equips them with an ‘inner compass’ that they will never loose. After the initial sessions, the process requires monitoring and follow-up as each client implements the changes they need to make and applies their new understanding.

Each client’s situation and issues are unique and their path to resolution different. However, there are common themes. The prime need is to move from the focus on gaining external validation to one of self-validation. This shift requires the client to identify and value their unique qualities and talents. It also involves them learning to use their inner compass, which tells them when they are acting and feeling in direct connection with their deeper Self and not simply following the Ego’s need for self-importance.

Once established, maintaining the connection with the Self becomes gradually easier, like a muscle that builds in strength through use. From it flows a greater self-awareness and a sense of freedom many clients have never experienced. They become less ‘driven’ by their drivers and can moderate their influence. Rather than trying to control everything, they trust themselves more and, consequently, can place more trust in other people. They find they have more choices in their life and work. Family members, colleagues and clients notice the changes. Finally, they become more creative and effective as leaders or professionals in their existing jobs or in the new challenges they take up.
