This is a flexible programme designed for a leader’s direct reports, after the leader has completed the one-to-one coaching programme. It aims to support the leader in implementing his or her change objectives with their immediate team and can focus on business issues, strategic planning and team dynamics and relationships.
Executive Couples Programme
This programme is designed to support, share and extend the leader’s development insights and growth in relation to his or her life partner, as well as extend the benefits to the life partner if she or he wishes to do so.
